At Restlawn Memorial Park, we’re hiring a driven sales professional who wants uncapped commission, real autonomy, and the ability to control their earnings.
Why This Role?
Base salary + uncapped commission
Average 1st year earnings: $75K–$100K

What You’ll Do
Build a daily pipeline through calls, events/networking, and referrals
Meet with families to guide pre-planning decisions
Manage your CRM and follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly goals
Coordinate and arrange burials with a proactive focus on identifying and creating additional service and memorialization opportunities that enhance the family experience and drive revenue growth.
Integral in all aspects of supporting families through the burial process from start to finish including aftercare appointments and memorial design.
No industry experience required. We provide full training and help you obtain your Wisconsin Cemetery Sales License.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (required)
Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Cemetery Sales License (training and support provided)
Strong communication, empathy, and follow-through skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with community outreach and relationship-based sales
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed; mix of office and community appointments within ~25-minute drive of Wausau
